Wild Bill’s is one of the biggest and most lively bars in the Niseko area, and is a popular venue for its live music and DJ events, free pool table and excellent food.
The premise is that of a classic alpine log cabin, and features an open log fire. There are two bars, and the atmosphere is cosy, casual and family friendly in the evening, getting livelier after around 9:00 for party time. Wild Bill’s serves the best local Japanese izakaya style fusion food, using organic Hokkaido ingredients including fresh samishi, slow cooked pork, and manager Dennis original special menu items. You can enjoy dining at both the upstairs restaurant and first floor counter bar. The bar serves draft local beer as well as a good selection of cocktails. If you fancy tequila, mohitos, or margaritas, this is a great place to visit. Wild Bill’s is located in the Hirafu Upper Village and is open 5:00 pm to 12:00-ish am (the last order for food is at 9:30 pm). It is about a 3-minute walk uphill from the Seicomart at the main intersection of the village.
