Chitose International Airport

Hokkaido’s main connection to the rest of the world is through Chitose International Airport, located about 45 minutes away from Sapporo by train and about an hour’s bus ride from Niseko

The Niseko White Liner is a scheduled, by-reservation bus service operated by Hokkaido Ground Service that operates between Chitose International Airport and Niseko resort


Niseko Japan Rail Hokkaido

Although there are no direct rail connections from Chitose International airport to the Niseko area, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Sapporo, and then from Sapporo to Niseko station or Kutchan station
