Powder Yoga brings us a world of renewed energy both physically and mentally right in Upper Hirafu Village! Powder Yoga establishment invigorates body and mind in the midst of mountains and snow. Their programs are designed to put you back in touch with nature, developing balance while recovering from strain or injuries related to skiing and snowboarding. Improve your skills and maintain your well-being. Beginners to experts are welcome at Powder Yoga. Five courses are offered including night work shop sessions. The popular session Yin Yang Vinyasa is held in the evening and is well suited for apres-ski activity. The program develops balance between physical strength and flexibility with time for warming  up and cooling down. It also is designed to cultivate energy as well as to instill a deep sense of peace. 45-minute morning yoga sessions are best to take to get ready for a big day on the mountain or as the start of a relaxing day. It focuses on awaking, warming up your body, gaining balances between physically and mentally, and stretching. Lunch Break Flaw program is suitable for clients who would like to do yoga as all-round methods. Its main focuses are flowing, strengthening, and toning the entire body. Private sessions are available – please contact them to arrange your session. Powder Yoga is at Chalet Ivy, approximate three to four minutes walk either from Grand Hirafu Welcome Center or the Main Hirafu Intersection.
